Review: eBook Secrets Exposed

If you want to make a lot of money with your own eBook and you only read one book on the subject in the next 12 months, I strongly recommend that it's 'eBook Secrets Exposed' by Jim Edwards and David Garfinkel.

The authors are both well qualified in this area. Jim Edwards has written five best-selling eBooks (including 'The Lazy Man's Guide to Online Business' and '33 Days To Online Success').

David Garfinkel is considered by many to be the world's greatest copyrighting coach. He's an award-winning business journalist and is also the author of several best-selling eBooks, such as 'Advertising Headlines That Make You Rich' and 'Killer Copy Tactics'.

There have been so many books on this subject that I really couldn't imagine how this book could add anything new.

But I have never before seen an eBook that explains so clearly how to do it. I got the feeling that you could literally walk in Jim Edwards' footsteps and get the same results he did (over 4,500 eBook sales in 9 months).

What makes this book very readable and enjoyable is that it's simply a long interview - David Garfinkel asks the questions and Jim Edwards gives the answers.

The book is packed with so many 'insider tips' that's it's difficult to know where to begin, but one of the most valuable tips is how to find out - before you write your book - if there's a market for it.

You do this by following Jim Edwards' 5-Step 'Ultimate eBook Success Formula'. The formula allows you to find out if there's a target audience that is already actively looking for the information you're about to sell online. And if so, if they are prepared to pay for it.

One of the interesting things you'll discover in this book is that competition is actually good for your eBook.

If you come up with an idea for an eBook and you find that there are no competing books, you need to get worried - it means there's probably no market for that idea.

But if there are books competing with yours, you're on safe ground - you know you have a market.

And don't be put off by competition: anyone who is serious about a particular subject will buy at least 4 or 5 books on that topic.

Many eBook authors who make big money quickly with their eBooks do resale rights. Instead of making $29 per sale, they're making $99 per sale. As you can see, resale rights can get you into serious money very fast.

But there are definite pitfalls with resale rights (such as finding out a few months later that your cherished information product has become a free eBook). If you want to avoid these pitfalls, you need to read Section 2 carefully.

You might think that best-selling eBook authors don't bother with affiliate programs. Wrong!

Jim Edwards shows you that one of secrets to making money with your eBook is to load it up with back-end affiliate links. But there's a right way to do this and a wrong way (more about this in Section 5).

But the real secret to how Jim Edwards made over $40,000 in one month from a single eBook is joint ventures - finding people with lists of 10,000 or even 100,000 and getting them to do a personal recommendation to their readers.

On the Internet it's not products that make money, it's lists (products don't sell, lists do). Or as Jim Edwards puts it: 'the power is in the pipes, in the distribution'.

Let's say your eBook is priced at $29 and you find someone with a list of 10,000 and they do a mailing that results in 3000 people turning up at your website.

And let's say that those 3000 visits result in 90 to 180 sales - you and your joint venture partner are suddenly making thousands of dollars in a few days.

Jim Edwards shows you exactly, step-by-step, how to set up a joint venture. He even shows you the exact same letter that he used to set up joint ventures for his book 'How To Write and Publish Your Own eBook in a little as 7 Days'.

One of the keys to making joint ventures work is what Jim Edwards calls 'the Santa Claus technique' (more on that in Section 2).

A question many people have is how to price their eBook. And it's crucial that you get this right. In Section 4 Jim Edwards reveals his 'pricing formula' - a very clever way to find your eBook's 'breakpoint' or equilibrium.

There's another very valuable tip in Section 17 - 'My Secret Method For Slashing Refunds' (this tip on it's own could be worth the price of the whole book).

This is the best book on eBook publishing I've read in the last 18 months - in fact, while reading it, I came up with the idea for my next eBook!

Here's Why You Should Write An Ebook To Make Money Online

In this article I am going to assume that you either want to make money online or you are already making some income on the internet and you would like to increase it. If you want to build or expand your online business and keep your bank manager happy, you should look towards creating your own products and an eBook is something anyone can write and sell.

If you want to differentiate yourself from the crowd, you need to have products that teach people more about what you are experienced in. For example, if you are proficient at building blogs and getting them ranked in the search engines, you should strongly consider writing an eBook or creating a course which teaches people how to do this, assuming that there is demand for that type of product.

Creating your own eBook is really easy and I am absolutely sure that anyone with a computer and a keyboard can do it. Many software programs these days also include a built-in function which will export your raw document and turn it into PDF format.

As an online marketer it's your job to get content out there with your name on it. Obviously this is not limited to ebooks and can also include other materials such as special reports, articles and courses that walk people through a series of steps to develop a degree of proficiency in what is being taught by yourself.

You could write an eBook and give it away for free. There are situations where this is a perfectly valid and appropriate use of your time and resources. Providing you are offering high quality information that meets other people's needs, you can also sell your eBook online to make money and build up a customer base.

Some people out there have written off ebooks as a low-ticket item, but you can realistically charge anything between $27 and $97 for an eBook that serves up the right content to a starving crowd. In certain situations that price tag can even exceed this level.

You see, people are willing to pay for the right information and although there may be situations where you will want to create content with a higher perceived value, the truth is that ebooks are still a viable medium for product creation.

Whatever you do, be sure to over-deliver with all the content you create. If you sell an eBook for $37 make sure it's a product that you could have easily sold for an even higher price. You want your customers to be pleased with their purchase and be in a situation where they would have willingly paid more to receive the information contained in your ebook. This is how you strengthen your relationship with customers and develop a following of people who will buy off you simply because they associate your name with over-delivery and quality.

Wedding Anniversary Symbols

Most people are aware that significant wedding anniversaries such as 25th and 40th are linked to precious stones, in these cases silver and ruby. However, it is less well known that all anniversaries up to and including the 15th, and then every 5th anniversary, have their own particular symbol. The list below shows the symbol traditionally associated with each anniversary.

ANNIVERSARY

1st - Paper

2nd - Cotton

3rd - Leather

4th - Books

5th - Wood

6th - Sugar, candy

7th - Wool, cooper

8th - Bronze, pottery

9th - Pottery, willow

10th - Tin, aluminium

11th - Steel

12th - Silk, linen

13th - Lace

14th - Ivory

15th - Crystal

20th - China

25th - Silver

30th - Pearl

35th - Coral

40th - Ruby

45th - Sapphire

50th - Gold

60th - Diamond

75th - Diamond

The Silver (25th) and Golden (50th) Anniversaries appear to be the most traditional. In Central Europe going back hundreds of years a man would present his wife with a silver or golden garland to mark the occasion of their anniversary.

The other materials have been added to the list more recently, and there is now a more modern list which incorporates the missing years 16-19. Amazingly, a ten carat diamond has been added for a 100th Wedding Anniversary! How many couples will get that far?

The traditional version is still preferred by most people.

Advertising Cost Per Acquisition Through Blogs

Advertising on blogs is almost an ancient thing now even though it's the most consistent form of promotion on the internet. The only way to maximize efforts through blogging is to consistently stream content on the site. The more content you have, the better your overall rank will be as a site and on the search engines.

Advertising the blog itself is no different from promoting any other site. You just need to maximize your ability to do so. The only difference between blogs and sites is the pinging and the constant updating of content. Blogs are all about content. Regular websites are too but updating a site frequently depends on what type of demand the site needs content-wise.

Now depending on what type of blogging platform you are using, you will absolutely need to have a domain name. It's the only way you are going to be taken seriously and the only way you will be able to bypass certain restrictions in terms of submitting your blog to directories and advertising sites like Pay Per Click platforms.

If you ask me, the best advertising platform for blogs are article directories and social bookmarking sites. These are some great places to promote because they are free for the most part and you can attract a very specific type of audience.

Promoting CPA offers on blogs is a way to capture the traffic so to speak. Your blog is your traffic funnel. You can get plenty of traffic to your CPA program just through your blog alone.

Since you will be getting traffic from specific sources, then you will capture the correct audience through your blog who will demand more content and more information about the subject you are writing about on the blog itself.

Blogs help people reach you and communicate with you on a major way. If you are going to get people to respect you and give you the benefit of the doubt when it comes to your information, then you will need to keep your blog updated with relevant and current information.

Building a readership takes time so the best thing to do is to keep writing blog posts and to keep promoting on particular platforms such as social bookmarking sites, ping sites and other such platforms that will get you targeted quality traffic to your blog and ultimately to your CPA program and make a profit.

Read This Before Pursuing Patent Attorney Jobs

It takes a lot of time and years of dedication to become a lawyer. You must complete the law course from a reputable institute and clear the tests to be able to work as a lawyer. If you are pursuing patent attorney jobs then you would need to go through a harder and more challenging process as there are additional steps involved. In this article, we will discuss about the various steps that you would need to go through to get a patent attorney job.

In order to become a patent lawyer, you need to first pass the graduating law school, and satisfy the various patent lawyer requirements. Unlike a regular attorney, a patent lawyer must pass an additional intellectual property bar exam to become a professional in this field. After clearing this exam, you can practice patent law in your state, apart from other fields of law.

When a lawyer starts practicing as a patent lawyer, his salary will be low as per the entry-level position in the firm. The salary of the attorney will be dependent on his years of experience in the field. To earn more money, the beginner in the field of patent law will have to learn more about the job, gain more experience, and be a reliable professional.

If you are already into a job and cannot leave it due to financial constraints, you can continue your job and register with the local and state bar associations to pursue a continuing education program that helps you stay abreast about any updates or changes in the law.

Apart form graduating from a law school and clearing the bar test to be able to practice intellectual property law, there are several other additional patent lawyer requirements that you must take care of. You should take an oath to defend the U. S. Constitution and state, and be sworn in under the punishment of perjury.

After you have completed these prerequisites, you can enjoy a salary that increases year after year. Besides enjoying a lucrative salary and additional perks associated with the patent lawyer profession, you will also be ethically and morally bound by law to do work for common good. This may also include offering time to help the poor with legal services or working in the legal clinics.

If you expect timely promotions and raise then you need to take your patent attorney job seriously. The lawyer should ask questions candidly and work independently with others. To be a successful professional in this field, you must have good quantitative skills as you will need to apply law to the various everyday situations. As no case is same as the other, you cannot expect to apply the same strategy or solutions used earlier.

To be able to increase the patent lawyer salary, the attorney should be able to learn from his own mistakes and experiences. The professionals must also have good analytical skills and writing abilities to progress in this field. Incredible communication skills and the ability to convince are also essential when arguing in the court.

The Valuable Individual

How can we, as individuals, participate in waste management? Because some of us are so overwhelmed with Earth's problems, we feel that our contributions have no real consequence in the end. For others, social barriers can be an issue. A lady we once knew confessed that she did not want to be seen buying used items or being concerned with power use. She was worried people would see her as cheap - a scrooge - when the family was so affluent. Yet, she was very careful to be seen with recycling bins out on the curb on pick-up day, because that was thought to be the thing to do socially. Now is a good time to put an end to these negative thoughts and feelings of false pride. Waste reduction is not about ego - it is about the health of the planet and of our nation.

Communities would be wise to look at Nova Scotia's waste reduction success and try to emulate it in their area. With the highest waste reduction rates in Canada, Nova Scotia has reduced landfill contributions by 46% - saving about $31 million per year - simply by making the most of the organic and recyclable materials. Curbside recycling service (Blue Box) is available to 99% of its residents and 76% now enjoy curbside organic service (a.k.a. Green Box).

With better management of organic and recyclable waste, we will find we do not have to put the trash out as often because the odors and volume are greatly decreased. As a fiscal incentive, many garbage collection companies offer discounts to homes with reduced waste.

We can also help the waste management industry run more efficiently. For instance, when only full garbage bags and Blue or Green boxes are put out on the curb, the garbage truck does not have to stop as often and burn fossil fuels inefficiently while idling. (Incidentally, vehicle idling is responsible for 3% of the air pollution problem.) Similarly, by collapsing boxes before recycling we are ensuring that space is used more efficiently, thereby reducing the number of bins needed for transporting materials.

Recycling, alone, has a huge impact on the environment. A study of a 100-unit apartment building practicing maximum recycling found it would save 21.93 thirty-foot trees, 26.86 cubic yards of landfill space, 8,389 kilowatts of electricity, and 77.4 pounds of air pollution in just one year! So you see, these seemingly small choices and efforts towards waste management really do make a difference.

Great Things About GPS Vehicle Tracking Devices In Fleet Monitoring

In order to continuously keep track of the exact position of each vehicle along their transport route, it's critical to have a GPS tracking system. Implementing GPS technological innovation can improve traffic conditions as well as linking backend system and thereby, revolutionizing the fleet driving industry. One can see their progress on a map in a display, and ensures constant communication with the fleet throughout the entire journey

With a GPS vehicle tracking system, vehicle arrival times are predicted more accurately, unauthorised usage could very well be reduced and/or eliminated, and notification sent when a driver speeds or departs from the designated route. Even more rewards are increased safety and reliability guidance for drivers losing direction or for vehicle breakdowns. With leaps in mobile technology to deliver high-speed access, sharing and storage of ever larger quantities of vital information can today utilize cloud based computing and virtualisation that integrates and operates with other platforms.

Without waiting for historical details when it enters a non-reception area, the info is buffered until it can transmit as soon as signal is once more out there. Known originally as the Navstar Global Positioning System, the GPS (Global Positioning System) was first conceived at the Pentagon in 1973 in response to the demand for an error-proof satellite system. Further characteristics such as wireless communication, automatic downloads and two-way text messaging are right now out there for smart phones, PDAs and laptops.

Fleet enterprises who operate multiple delivery automobiles in the same transport consignment can deploy an superior kind of trailer tracking app. As more gadgets capable of numerous and versatile connectivity intersect with the next generation of implemented telematics, it is predicted that a corresponding explosion in on the internet and smartphone interoperability should be shortly expected to be very actively in operation. Improved connectivity performance between fleet control rooms and cab mobile, reduced driver distraction, and faster and easier upgradeable platforms are seen to become the cornerstones of dependable support to making sure continuity of new services.

In 1978 the first operating GPS satellite was launched and by the mid-1990s the system was completely operational with 24 orbiting satellites constantly transmitting radio signals. Fuel levels and other vehicle speeds are in addition monitored by alerts signalling a vehicle stopping. Within minutes, email reports and a record of vehicle maintenance are provided to the business owner which can have complete control over his cars in spite of a huge number of miles away from him.

Such information ensures safe, obtain and faster on- time delivery services as well as decreasing common concerns associated with delivering goods. The position, route, stops, and velocity of vehicle are among a few of the info provided to the business owner.

What Is Quibids And How Does It Work?

Quibids is an online bidding site which has been rapidly gaining in popularity. This site allows users to bid on items at very low prices and potentially win great deals.

So, how does this work?

First you will have to sign up for a free account. Next you can buy bids; each bid will cost you 60 cents. When you've done this, you can search the inventory for an item that you are interested in and place a bid on it. If you are the last one to bid on that item, it's yours!

Is that it? Is it that easy?

Ah! Well this is where the fun and games come into play. The thing is; every time you place a 60 cent bid, it adds 10 to 20 seconds to the time that item will be up for auction. So, if someone bids after you, but no one bids after that person, the item will go to them. So if you see that the timer is down to a few seconds, you can quickly bid on that item and have a pretty good chance of being the last bidder. But, by doing this, you just added 10 to 20 minutes of time, giving others a chance to steal your item!

So, what happens if I really want the item but can't keep up with the bids?

Well, if you really must have the item, Quibids will allow you to just outright purchase it as long as you have placed at least one bid on it, with their "Buy Now" option. This can save you money if the item is something that you would be willing to have a day long bidding war about. Also, the overall cost of all your previous bids on the item will be deducted from the price of the item.

Is there potential to make money with Quibids?

Normal members don't have the option to put their own items up for sale or auction; the only way to do this is to become a partner. However, people who get good at bidding could potentially earn money through Quibids.

This is possible because all of the items up for auction on the website are brand new, brand name items that are still factory sealed. By reselling these items, (which you could technically get for only 60 cents!) you could make a pretty hefty profit.

This seems a little too good to be true...

You may be wondering "What's the catch?" When we're offered something online at such a low price most of us have alarm bells going off in our heads, wondering if it's a scam or not. Well, most scams promise a lot and claim to ask nothing in return.

Quibids is quite obviously not getting "nothing in return". They make a lot of money, because many times the overall amount of bids will outweigh the cost of the item. They also allow people to buy the item even after the bidding. So, if someone doesn't win what they wanted, the company makes money by offering that item to them at full price!

They also have a secure payment page, which means your payment info is safe and secure and that should give you confidence that this isn't some shady scam website.

You probably won't want to go into bidding with Quibids as a full-time occupation. But, there is a great potential to earn some income through this avenue which can help finance your other endeavors, and it can also be kind of fun.

The Squeeze Page: Is It All That Essential In List Building?

The typical Guru will tell you that making money online is easy. They tell you that all you have to do is to create your own in-house list and you are in business. The problem with most people is how to create that list since the gurus keep the "how" to themselves. The building of your list is a serious business and the squeeze page is where it all begins. It is so fundamental that it can be said to be the foundation stone on which you put up your list building super structure.

Really, the squeeze page is the place where the magic begins. All your efforts at driving traffic to your website will fall flat if there is no squeeze page because this is where your visitors are converted into subscribers - thus giving you your own in-house list. With that list you now have the opportunity to transform those who have subscribed into customers and repeat buyers. Also this is where you are able to grow not only your business, but also your brand and your authority in every niche market you choose. That list becomes so powerful that it springboards you to every product launch, and ultimately, the focal point of your entire online business.

The squeeze page is the entry point into your entire business funnel. As such, you need to push your visitors through the doorway with a careful grooming. You need to observe this basic principles in the crafting of your squeeze page.

Attention-Grabbing Headline - your squeeze page is a sales letter and need to be regarded as such. This is where you tell them what is in it for them Specific, benefit-rich bullet points - Reveal a little more of what they should expect to get. Make sure to focus on the specific targets in your niche. Entice them with an irresistible offer that will motivate your visitors to surrender their names and email addresses in exchange for your offer. Make sure your page is clean and free of all other offers. Give the visitor one and only one choice - to either opt-in or quit. Privacy - Assure your visitors that when their email addresses are given, they will be used only for that purpose. Words like this, "Your email address is safe with us. It will not be lent or sold to any third party" are reassuring and inviting enough.

This is only a glimpse of the answer to the question about the essential nature of the squeeze page. For further details visit http://www.traffichills.com.

Review of Down and Out in London and Paris By George Orwell

Down and Out in Paris and London by George Orwell is an intriguing and entertaining tale concerning Orwell's experience and observation of poverty. This vivid memoir eloquently and intelligently describes his time spent with the destitute and desperate of his society in Paris and London. The haunting and moving way in which Orwell describes each character he meets sticks in your mind, and although many doubt whether this novel was a real autobiography, no one can ignore the unique personality of each character such as Boris, Charlie and Bozo.

Orwell voluntarily entered the ranks of the poor and scarcely surviving in Paris. His account is rich in its description of sights, sounds and characters. When he isn't unemployed and pawning his clothes, he works long days as a "plongeur". Orwell's book fully demonstrates that the never ending cycle of Poverty is "squalid and boring". He ends his Paris section by speaking directly to the reader about the reasons for such Poverty. Rather than claim any kind of nobility in his destitute state, he shows that the appalling jobs he and his friends perform are mostly useless and can easily be made obsolete, which creates a dismal tone in the novel. Later he moves over to London and joins the ranks of the English vagrants. This section is less strong and reads more like a scientific study of homelessness in Edwardian England.

The tense and dramatic atmosphere is accentuated in the detail of the rapid descent into the heart of the seedy and impoverished, portraying an entirely different attitude towards two of the most famous cities in Europe. Contrasting with great, romantic literary works of these cities, Orwell uses a depressing and dark point of view to bring to light many of the false generalizations and careless mistakes we have towards the unfortunate of our society. This shocking revelation creates a gloomy and appalled tone to the novel, making it more emphatic and memorable.

The novel also gives emphasis to the power of words that Orwell possesses, showing his talent through the thorough yet still entertaining descriptions he gives throughout the script. Since there is very little representation of spoken discourse in the text, the story must be fleshed out by vibrant narrative which is difficult to do well. However, in my opinion Orwell's fine style and evocative attitude sets a tone of significance to everything that is written on the pages. Through this, Orwell is able to convey his inner thoughts and emotions to his audience in a refined and subtle way. This air of secrecy is very effective in the novel as it draws the reader in and leaves a memorable atmosphere.

Altogether I feel that this is an interesting novel with some strong key ideas about morality in the society of Orwell's time. While much has changed since the 1930's, I believe that the basic concept that Orwell is trying to get across are still significant in today's culture. Rather than an actual story with a beginning, middle and end, I did sense that the novel read like a long journalistic article on society, due to the interlude chapters concerning, for example, slang and Orwell's personal opinions of the idea of Poverty. It seemed to me that Orwell was trying to persuade us to accept and agree with his view, which to be honest worked wonderfully. However, I would not call this a typical novel, and I wonder if this part-fictitious tale could even be categorized with other novels or whether it should go under its own unique genre to match its unique author.

If the novel had been written by any other author, it would have been extremely dull, as the book is repetitive and the story line is weak. However the art lies in the description for the most part, creating a colorful image to relay to the audience the effect of a place or person. I thought that more went on in the Paris section of the novel than the London section, mostly due to the fact that he didn't do anything but waste time trying to survive on little money whilst in London. I feel he included the London sections more to make a point about hardship in English Poverty rather than entertain an audience.

Overall I genuinely enjoyed reading this novel and encourage others to take a look. The novel looks dense and difficult, but even through the treacherous hardship Orwell faces, he manages to keep the tone light. To be honest, this is the sort of novel that everyone should read at least once in their lives to help educate the minds and inform them about the different aspects of humanity.

Benefits Of Web Application Development For Small Businesses

If you are looking for a robust web application development system in place for specific requirements of your business, choosing the best service provider can help in drastically cutting down related costs while reaping complete and uninterrupted advantages of web application development.

One of the biggest hurdles before profit-oriented businesses in today's challenging business environment is to cut down operational costs while automating the processes and sub-processes of the business. This is exactly where professional web application development comes into the picture.

By developing web applications that are to be accessed by users over a network like the intranet or the internet, businesses benefit in more than just a way. This is simply because these applications can be updated and maintained without expecting or making it mandatory to distribute or install software on client computers.

Since web applications have the potential to integrate easily into server-side web procedures like email and searching and browser apps generally need little or no disk space, these applications are getting deployed in small as well as big businesses these days. Moreover, web applications also offer cross-platform compatibility in most cases as they function within a web browser window.

One of the biggest advantages of website application development is that no upgrade procedure is required as all new features get implemented on the server and thereafter delivered on an automatic basis to the end users. Most of these applications make use of a combination of client side script (HTML, JavaScript, etc.) and server side script (PHP, ASP, etc.) for development purposes. While the server side script is all about dealing with hardware things like storage and retrieval of information, client side script is all about presenting the information. By doing this, these high-end and customizable applications can offer the same functionalities as others based on client-server architecture and allow the users to reap the benefits of working across multiple platforms. This means that while one application may act as a word processor, the second may be used to download the document to personal hard drives, and the third may be used for storing information.

The best part is that web application development can be customized according to the specific needs of a business and requirements of its customers. By making use of these applications, a business allows its customers to contact it at any time and in the quickest possible manner besides improving the levels of customer satisfaction and sales through improvisation of interactivity with customers. If that was not all, these affordable and seamless apps can be sued to enhance interaction between business to business and also between businesses to customer without putting a burden on the budget. Last but not the least, it is important to get these applications from a reputed industry expert like a website design Sydney-based company that specializes in standalone legal applications, data migration, server porting, and database porting.

Building Trust and Relationship - Your Key to Successful Follow Up

In the internet marketing world, money does not come from selling your affiliate products. Rather, money comes from selling your trust and building a lasting relationship with your subscribers. Almost every day we watch news about people being cheated by unscrupulous scammers all over the world, including the world of internet marketing! As a result, trust has becomes very rare.

Building trust requires patience and hard work but it is not as difficult as it may seem. At least not in our situation! When visitors subscribe for our free offer, they have a little faith in us that we can help them. However, that faith is temporary and weak. This is when follow up email does the magic to boost their faith in us and eventually purchase from us.

Deliver Your Promise

The first and foremost step in building trust is to deliver your promise. For instance, if you offer your subscribers free e-book in exchange for their details; make sure you send them the download link immediately. Of course, you should also introduce yourself and welcome them to your community. Your free offer should not just contain some crappy information. It must be of value to your subscribers, in other words, it solves one of your subscribers' problems.

Build Credibility

Continue to send follow up emails that educate your subscribers and assist them in solving their problems. Include only products that are relevant in helping them to tackle their existing challenges. Besides, provide them with a method to connect with you so that they know who to go to when they need support.

From time to time, take the initiative to solicit feedback from your subscribers. It can be a simple email asking them how they are doing lately or a survey to understand more about the problems they're facing.

Establish Meaningful Relationship

You do not have to discuss only about business and business and business. How about your personal life? What have you been up to lately? Tell you subscribers about it to show them how honest and transparent you are in building meaningful relationship with them.

How many follow up emails should I write?

Well, how long do you want to keep in touch with your subscribers? As long as you possibly could! Therefore, upload as many follow up emails as you can and schedule when to send them. It's up to you to send one email per day or 2-3 emails per week. I personally prefer to send emails 2-3 times per week to keep in touch with my subscribers.

To recap, before thinking about making money with your follow up emails, let's concentrate your focus on building trust and relationship. Only with trust comes the money.

During her long and illustrious 900 years, The Tower of London has developed into one of the most haunted places in Britain. She has been home to beheadings and murders, torture and hangings, as well as being a prison to Queens and Nobles alike.

Thomas A. Becket is "the first reported sighting of a ghost at the Tower of London."

During the construction on the Inner Curtain Wall in the 13th century, Thomas appeared apparently unhappy about the construction, and it is said he reduced the wall to rubble with a strike of his cross. Henry III's grandfather was responsible for the death of Thomas Becket, so Henry III wasted no time building a chapel in the Tower of London, naming it for the archbishop.

This must have pleased Thomas' ghost because there were no further interruptions during the construction of the wall.

The Bloody Tower was the scene of the infamous disappearance of the two princes; Edward V (12) and Richard Duke of York (10), who are thought to have been murdered in 1483 on the probable command of the Duke of Gloucestershire, who was to be crowned Richard the III.

According to one story, guards in the late 15th century, who were passing the Bloody Tower, spotted the shadows of two small figures gliding down the stairs still wearing the white night shirts they had on the night they disappeared. They stood silently, hand in hand, before fading back into the stones of the Bloody Tower.

These figures were identified as the ghosts of the two princes. In 1674 workmen found a chest that contained the skeletons of two young children, they were thought to be the remains of the princess, and were given a royal burial not long afterwards. The story of the little princes is still to this day a heartbreaking story. They are "among the most poignant ghosts" in the Tower of London.

The most persistent ghost in The Tower of London is the ghost of Queen Anne Boleyn.

The King, Henry VIII, after learning the baby she carried for nine months was a boy and still born, accused by her of infidelity.

She was taken to TOWER GREEN and was beheaded on May 19, 1536. Queen Anne appears near the Queen's House, close to the site where her execution was carried out. She can be seen leading a ghostly procession of Lords and Ladies down the aisle of the Chapel Royal of St. Peter ad Vincula.

She floats down the aisle to her final resting place. Queen Anne is buried under the Chapel's altar. Her headless body has also been seen walking the corridors of the Tower.

Sir Walter Raleigh lived quite comfortable compared to others who were imprisoned within the walls of the Bloody Tower. His "rooms" are still furnished as they were in the 16th century, and can be seen when visiting the Tower today. He was executed by James I, and has been seen looking exactly as he does in his portrait hanging in the Bloody Tower.

I hope you have enjoyed Pt1 to The Ghosts of The Tower of London. In Pt2 we discover what happened to Catherine Howard and Lady Jane Grey as well as the Horrific end to the Countess of Salisbury.

Are You Driving Away Website Traffic?

With the multitude of internet pages on every conceivable subject, there is no reason for a consumer to spend time on a website that annoys them. How many times have you clicked on a website to find that it took too long to load or the background music was distracting, so you immediately left to find another site? The goal is to get people to not only come to your website, but to stay. Here is a list of common annoyances that could easily be driving your website traffic away:

1. Websites that loads too slowly. The average website loads in 3.5 seconds, but with the increasing use of mobile devices, it is beneficial for it to load even quicker.

2. Videos that play automatically. Let the customer make the decision to watch a video or not. Nothing is more annoying than having the same video play every time you visit a site.

3. Too much flash. First off it can be quite distracting. In addition, it doesn't show up on iPads which are becoming more popular every day.

4. Pop up ads. People don't like to keep clicking out of pop up ads just to view a website.

5. Making customers sign up to get information. Nobody wants to give a mailing address or phone number just to get a free quote or other information, because they know they will then be bombarded with marketing calls or mail. You'll lose a lot of potential customers by asking for personal information up front.

6. A homepage that is overcrowded. If there is too much information crowding the homepage, the print is too small, or the layout is just plain confusing, customers may not stay and explore your site. Make your homepage easy on the eyes, with navigation that is easy to follow so customers can get where they want to go.

7. Too many ads. Many websites will allow ads on their site to earn extra money. However, if there are too many or if they are placed above or in the middle of your content, it can be very distracting for your customer.

8. Websites that are not mobile friendly. It can be difficult to view a full-sized webpage on a phone or tablet. With so many people accessing the internet using mobile devices, it is pertinent that websites create a stand-alone mobile website for their visitors.

Remember, you have about 10-20 seconds to give someone a good impression of your website before they decide to stay or move on to a different one. Avoid these common website annoyances and increase the chance that you will gain a new customer.
